Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs. The work model for the role is: Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Researching, compiling and issuing special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc. Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date Implementing ABB processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Acting as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiating action and making judgments about urgency of issues. Providing confidential support to individual executives or management team members Arranging business critical internal and external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers, townhalls and trainings, external visitors to office premises, country-wide and team events, etc. Providing support to legal and integrity function on a company and business level, including timely administrative support on timely processing of document signatures, sending documents, obtaining and organizing public notary support, ensure organized document retention and record keeping, maintaining governmental Corp Pass access, company seals, etc. Providing assistance to business teams on matters related to director approvals, such as documentation for/from ACRA, power of attorney, letter of authorization and other corporate documents. Providing assistance to Legal & Integrity in preparation of reports or data requests Supporting extends to all corporate support functions, such as country lead management team, Finance Front Office, Tax, Treasury, Trade Compliance, Legal & Integrity, Real Estate, Communications, HSSE, Procurement & Logistics Indirect Material & Service, etc.
Qualifications for the role
Possesses at least diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
At least 5 years of working experience in related position
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
Able to work independently and is a team-player
Meticulous and sensitive to data
Experience and proficiency in usage of SAP ERP system and MS Office is plus
Excellent communications and collaborative skills
