Responsibilities
Manage calendars for assigned team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
Assist with travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Draft and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic) for the investment team.
Manage incoming calls and emails, screening inquiries and directing them appropriately.
Conduct basic research and data entry as needed.
Assist with project management tasks for the investment team.
Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 1 year of administrative or executive assistant experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and courteous interaction. P
roficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating needs and seeking solutions.
Knowledge of the private equity industry a plus.
