Job Description

About

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Len Meng Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Tuas.

Responsibilities

  • Process, sort and distribute incoming mails internally in a timely manner
  • Answering daily phone calls
  • Sales Process eg: Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Data Entry and Ad-hoc administration duties as required.

Requirements

  • Min N Level with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles
  • Abilities organizational and time-management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
