This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Len Meng Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Tuas.
Responsibilities
- Process, sort and distribute incoming mails internally in a timely manner
- Answering daily phone calls
- Sales Process eg: Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Data Entry and Ad-hoc administration duties as required.
Requirements
- Min N Level with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles
- Abilities organizational and time-management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
