A Day in the Life:- Oversee and manage construction progress to ensure timely completion.
Manage and plan all aspects of coordination work scheduling and technical coordination of all construction works for the project with government agencies, statutory boards, and stakeholders.- Work closely with clients and consultants for the effective resolution of project matters and the management of client/consultant expectations.
Ensure subcontractors quality of work aligns with the company's standards and requirements, complying with authority requirements.
- Ensure all work practices comply with Singapore and site/company safety standards requirements.
Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress, reporting directly to the Project Director.- Resolve all issues related to technical and construction works.
Plan and manage all aspects of the project, including coordination, scheduling, and technical coordination works for all off-site and on-site fabrication and construction of structures.
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the events or construction sector.
Well-versed in Microsoft Word / Excel / Project.- Understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
Proven track record in projects bidding and managing relevant projects involving consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Possess experience in construction management.
Knowledge in structural steel will be an added advantage.- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Team player with leadership qualities.
