Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of CEO's diary, appointment schedules and travel arrangements
- Co-ordinate investor road shows, meetings and telephone/video conferences
- Prepare documents/correspondences/reports that are sensitive and confidential in nature and ensure consistency in branding guidelines
- Prepare presentation materials and collate reports
- Update and maintain Customer Contacts database - Attend to guests and screen calls
- Maintain e-filing of documents on cloud for ease of reference and archival
- Maintain budget and expense records, financial records and confidential files
- Taking meeting minutes Board-Related Matters (work hand in hand with CFO)
- Travel management including visa application, price comparisons for flights and hotels and flight routes options and expense reimbursements
- Manage portal for board material
- Provide support as needed for coordination of personal matters
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf

Job Requirements:
Essential Qualifications
- Fluent English language speaker - written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Powerpoint and excel skills required
- Experience in organising international travel
- Previous experience as an EA/ Secretarial in professional services
- Ability to work independently when CEO is away
- Client liason skills
