Job Responsibilities
You would be actively involved in the annual large-scale NHG scientific & medical conference the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress. Multi-tasking abilities will be important as you would participate in the strategic planning and logistic coordination for the event, and thus, prior conference management experience is necessary.
Your portfolio includes supporting the team in these areas: Delegate Registration; Speaker Management, Room Management, VIP Management, Logistics, Opening Ceremony, Appreciation Dinner and other key activities. You will also be involved in several upcoming HQ events.
Job Requirements
Passion in managing events
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills in working with different groups of stakeholders
Strong coordination and organisational skills in managing several roles with concurrent deadlines
Effective multi-tasker who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated team player who is analytical, meticulous, creative and results-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
Knowledge of design &/or image editing software would be a plus
