Role
An exciting opportunity with a growing company to handle a dynamic scope including Executive Assistance to the management team, office management work and some HR admin matters. The Singapore corporate office size is less than 15 people hence this scope is manageable and will keep the incumbent sufficiently engaged.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistance
- Executive Secretarial support to a lean management team.
- Schedule appointments, maintaining calendars, and sending reminders.
- Maintaindatabases, keeping records, maintaining correspondence.
- Liaise with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Office Administration
- Order office supplies, managing mail and courier services
- Facilities Management
HR Administration
- Liaise with external HR vendor on matters related to payroll, insurance management, annual leave, CPF etc.
- You may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks or project work that may be deemed necessary.
Requirements
- At least 8 years experience in Executive assistance and HR admin/Office Management and/HR admin work
- Proven experience working in a cosmopolitan working environment
- Able to demonstrate high level of discretion
- Professional maturity and able to be preemptive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Suitable amount of resilience and ability to take constructive feedback if needed
