Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of the Business Office, provide support for the Accounts Receivable function and oversee the operations of the Business Office counter.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with ARSS to ensure prompt and effective recovery actions are taken before writing off;
- Review write off submissions from ARSS;
- Work closely with Emergency Services, Clinics & Wards to ensure patients with high AR are closely monitored for payment;
- Counsel and make payment arrangement for patients with high AR;
- Assist in the creation of new Customer Account and waiver postings for in-house programme;
- Ensure collections are posted accurately and timely;
- Review Clinic handover report and ensure all statements, cancellation receipts and discrepancies are properly accounted for and duly acknowledged by Cashier & Supervisor;
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and schedules;
- Attend to enquiries and perform Counter coverage.

Educational And Professional Requirements
- ITE or Diploma holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
