Responsibilities
You will assist in data abstraction, data entry and provide administrative and secretarial support to the department. Your duties include:
Ensure accurate data abstraction and entry into various databases in the department
Participating in quality assurance programme
Maintaining data entry and abstraction guidelines
Managing the events calendar for the department
Assisting in coordinating programmes and training in the department and hospital, including public forum, etc
Requirement
Diploma in any discipline
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel and Powerpoint)
Enthusiastic and passionate
Prior data entry and event organizing experience preferred
