Family Group: Administration
The candidate is part of the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality, accurate and timely HR services. He/She will ensure excellent service delivery while performing claim administration. Provide first line operational support in day-to-day matters and solution of repetitive and routine problems.
Areas of Responsibility
Employee Benefits Administration
Perform claim administration
Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters
Resignee clearance
Handle enquires from staff on claims/medical billing and panel clinic invoicing
Handle care and concern matters and assists with ad hoc administration of human resources operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
ITE/Diploma Holder
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Prior experience on claims processing will be an added advantage
Fresh ITE/Diploma graduates are welcome to apply too

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Meticulous and has good organization skill
