Family Group: Administration
You will be providing administrative support to the Department to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Assisting with administration matters
Coordinating logistics for meetings and trainings
Preparing simple presentations and reports, data entry, as well as coordinating various activities/events organized by the department.
Assisting with meeting minutes writing
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or GCE A Levels
Good communication and writing skills
Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Meticulous, team player with a can-do attitude
