Department Events:
Assisting in maintaining the Department events calendar
Assist in coordinating programmes and training in the department and hospital, including public forums and medical examinations such as cadaveric workshops and MBBS
Assist in registration, co-ordination and communication of the events organized in the department
Assist in Marketing duties
Liaise with vendor and SSTC for workshops organized internally for junior doctors (e.g. SSKIP workshop)
Admin Duties:
Assist Doctors with the medical report requests sent to the department. Duties include:
a. Assigning of medical reports to the doctor/team in charge
b. Formatting medical reports according to the templates as required (pre typing the templates before assignment of medical reports)
c. Printing and issuing of insurance forms to the relevant doctor/team in charge (insurance forms are to be completed manually by the doctors)
d. Uploading of results such as histology/pathology, X-rays, MRIs, and other reports as required
Assist in the organization of the Departments senior staff meeting and Mortality & Morbidity meeting. Taking of notes of meetings.
Troubleshoot IT issues and contact IT support for doctors and staff to resolve the issues raising EJR or ITD tickets for computer issues, EPIC issues, R-drive, etc.
Arranging for doctors/admin staff NGEMR account & helping out with any technical problems.
Update and amend the roster into the HMS system.
Update and amend the doctors profile in the HMS system
Assist in housekeeping of the departments registries
Assist in the redesign of data collection forms
Job Requirements:
ITE/ NITEC/ higher NITEC, A levels, Diploma holders
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Outgoing and able to interact well with people from all walks of life
Enthusiastic and passionate
No experience required though preference may be given to people with some event organizing experience.
