Executive - Bed Management (MIC@Home)
Reporting to the Manager/Assistant Manager, the Executive is responsible for operational support of the MIC@Home service in the aspects of service management and implementation, optimisation of processes, adoption of novel technologies and stakeholders engagement.
The incumbent will work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team such as Clinicians, Nurses, Pharmacists and Allied Health Professionals as well as external stakeholders from the Ministry of Health and other agencies. The incumbent will also support the department in ensuring that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, including but not limited to
Plan, implement, and manage quality improvement projects at Hospital-wide/Departmental level as well as provide active support for staff training and development.
Be a change agent for inculcation of mindset change for Hospital-wide/Departmental level initiatives, to establish a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork.
Provide secretariat support for assigned Service and Workgroup meetings.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline, preferably in Nursing, Social Work, Counselling, or Allied Health Disciplines
At least 2 or more years of working experience.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with MS Office applications
Advantage if familiar with the concepts of patient flow, care coordination, case management, or public healthcare
