Job Description

The selected personnel would be expected to play an integral part in managing, monitoring, and overseeing minor renovation works. In addition, this role would require the applicant to:

. Identify the maintenance works required at the facilities

. Supervise Term Contractors on term contract works

. Monitor security equipment and ensure that it is functioning well at all time

. Assist in sourcing of qualified vendor

. Reviewing exciting vendor performance

. Responsible for planning and maintaining of the facility maintenance schedule

. Collating monthly service reports from the facility management team

. Assisting the hiring manager in scheduling of interviews and communicating the interview outcome.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a self-driven and motivated employee with good knowledge and concepts in facilities management. In addition, you will possess

. Nitec/Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent

. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Building Management

. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

. Independent, meticulous, and also a team player
