Executive (Clinical Skills & Simulation Department - LAB BASED) Ref HEA

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Skills & Simulation Department.
• Coordinate with tissue banks for the acquisition and management of specimens.
• Ensure the proper preservation, storage, and disposal of cadavers and other biological specimens.
• Plan and book facilities for clinical skills workshops and training sessions.
• Provide logistical and technical support for workshops, ensuring all equipment and materials are available and functioning.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and academic institutions to enhance collaboration.
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and programs in partnership with academic and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in clinical skills training and specimen management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or training environment is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Willingness to handle and work with cadaveric parts.
• Knowledge of anatomy is a plus.
• Availability to work on some weekends to support workshops.
