JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiative
To collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate requirements into measurements and into insightful dashboards
To partner key stakeholders to translate NHGs priorities and performance indicators into effective action plan
To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders
To support and facilitate the formulation of strategic workplan for dept
To do project management and align depts work plans to that of MOH
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
Prior work experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
