About the Communications & Partnership (C&P) Department:
The Department centralises the organisation's fundraising efforts, coordinates, pitches, and secures private funding from corporate partners/ donors. C&P engages its key stakeholders such as the volunteers, donors and corporate partners to sustain the organisation's programmes and services.
The incumbent will look at helping to co-lead, manage, and coordinate the scope of the corporate partnership to manage various stakeholders relations for resource mobilisation, raising funds, philanthropic resources, CSR partnerships, and/ or awareness and all forms of communications. As part of reporting and accountability, stewardship reports need to be generated to track fund utilisation.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Department
- Support the branding and corporate communications works in the Communications & Partnerships department and act as a brand defendant to ensure that the organisation is portrayed well in all the works
- Ensure the current administrative follow-up and coordination in the various functions such as media management, social media management, facilitating requests, and coordination between departments to ensure that functions are maintained and up to date
- Work closely with the team to bring ideas to life through creative design and ensure the copy and the visuals are in sync
- Conceptualise and write various content and pitches in English and ensure that the visuals designed are in sync
- Assist in editing and vetting various content to be published at an organisational level
- Keep track and liaise with the relevant stakeholders on the relevant deadlines for content submission
- Assist in producing content in video production and/or editing works for the organisation
Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- Has at least 2-4 years of experience in administration, creative design, copywriting, copyediting, digital media, media relations, event management
- Understand the importance of meticulous and timely upkeep and management of key admin documents and the entire repository and is digitally savvy
- Communicate well as the scope will require coordination and communication across teams, has to enjoy working in a team and across teams for internal and external collaborations
- Is structured, has an eye for details, and the ability to multi-task on a reasonable timeline
- Great in time management, coordination of projects, and ability to follow up closely with stakeholders on project's timeline or deadlines
- Fairly independent
- Adaptable to working with several online systems, workflows, and social media platforms
