Key Responsibilities:
. Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects through various sales channel
. Client Relationship Management: Manage client professionally to ensure seamless client onboarding, build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
. Documentation: Consolidate and verify documents required from clients for various processes.
. After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
. Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities to support overall sales & marketing functions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
. Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.
. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
. Proven track record of success in B2B sales
. Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
. Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
