Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee structural steel projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and design calculations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the selection and procurement of structural steel materials and components.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Supervise and coordinate the fabrication, installation, and inspection of structural steel elements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel engineering.
- Proficient in structural design software and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel codes, standards, and design principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
