We're Hiring: Executive Director!

Perdaus is seeking a visionary Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, ensuring effective operations, governance, and risk management. This role involves close collaboration with the Council and key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and fulfill the Perdaus mission.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing new opportunities to ensure long-term sustainability.

Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and resource alignment.

Building strong partnerships, securing funding, and fostering innovation.

Inspiring teams through collaborative leadership to achieve organisational goals.

Requirements:

At least 15 years of experience, with 5 years in senior management.

Background in non-profit/social service organisation, Islamic education, or early-childhood education is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in business administration or a related field.

Proficiency in English and Malay, with excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
