Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager with project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
- Support Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction works according to the master and detailed work programs.
- Guide junior Engineers in daily work execution.
- Prepare and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and reports.
- Supervise construction to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
- Facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain records. Assist in verifying progress payments and contractor claims.
- Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to monitor project progress.
- Establish and maintain a document control system for design drawings and project documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
- At least 3 years of working experience in construction and infrastructure industry (LTA, Roadwaorks, MRT Projects).
