We are a growing engineering consulting company based in Singapore, seeking for a high performing professional to join us as an Executive Engineer - Mechanical (Building Services).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Under the supervision of Senior Engineers, to perform initial engineering task on the mechanical services detailed design for building projects
• To prepare submission to authorities for approval of design
• To attend to project meeting with Client, PM and Consultants from other disciplines
• To attend site project meeting and site inspection and respond to technical queries
• Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
• Handle client liaison and reporting
• Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

• Degree in a Mechanical Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years experience in the design & supervision of building service projects (Those with 5 years experience and/or Certified Professional Engineers will be considered for a senior position).
• Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work independently & exercise initiative
• Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
• A team, client and delivery focused working style
• Experience in a consulting environment
