Joy in Work (JIW):
Secretariat for JIW
- Plan agenda, collation of attendees, writing meeting minutes, pre- and post-meeting action items, meeting materials (papers, slides, etc), new member appointments (admin) support
Facilitating meetings and pilot teams learnings
Assist in developing Joy in Work game concept for development of eLearning. This may include researching for materials, drafting out concepts.
Standards and Accreditation Resource Unit (SARU):
Work with fellow SARU secretariats and IHQ to plan for Tier 3 auditors training
-Assist with scribing roles during the audit
-Follow up with institutions for outstanding documents arising from the audits
-Coordinate with institutions on the information needed for the audit.
-Merge audit reports into one report for submission to institutions.
Ensure Safer Systems (ESS):
Coordinated NHG Change Management Programme engagement sessions between GCQO, Master Change Leaders and institution leaders (TTSH, YH, WH, NHGD, NHGPh, IMH).
Work with Master Change Leaders on the planning and development of the Change Management E-Learning course, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
Disseminate information and collate responses from institution for submission to MOH.
Quality Day (QD):
Source and engage vendors that are relevant to the objectives of the event.
Assist secretariats with planning and coordination for pre-Quality Day Organising Committee (QDOC) and QDOC meetings.
Draft QDOC minutes
Assist and prepare the necessary for Quality Day event in September.
