Overview

Our Healthcare Client is seeking a Executive to oversees daily operations, facility management, compliance, safety, vendor coordination, and staff supervision to ensure smooth, efficient healthcare institution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and manpower planning.
• Lead and mentor staff across Facilities Management, Repairs, Fire Command Centre, and Transportation units.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards (MOH, NEA, BCA, SCDF).
• Oversee facility inspections, maintenance, and manage vendor contracts.
• Handle budgeting, invoices, POs, and assist in financial planning.
• Drive process improvements and technology enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure workplace safety and respond promptly to emergencies.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Building, Facilities Management, or Engineering
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
