Family Group: Administration
You will assist the HR Manager with the execution and management of HR services and activities to support the Hospital's overall human resource strategies. You will ensure that practices are implemented in accordance with the Hospital's policies and procedures. You will also be involved in recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and any other adhoc HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experiences preferably in the public sector or large organisation
Strong team player who is proactive, analytical and meticulous
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
