Clinical Research & Innovation Office (CRIO) aims to lead, promote and coordinate research culture and activities to support the development of TTSH into a reputable world-class research centre.
As an Executive (IMU Grant Management), you will be responsible for the management of the grant activities related to the awarded application Sustaining and Strengthening National Healthcare Group's Investigational Medicine Unit. These include:-
Working closely with Principal Investigator and lead the grant activities, ensuring adherance to timelines, budget, and quality standards
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and address any issues to achieve project goals
Manage budgets, track expenditures, collation of cash flow projections, prepare financial reports, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with funding agencies requirements and regulations
Liaise with grantees on pre and post award matters
Provide timely updates and generation of reports for management, funding agencies, etc.
Requirement
Bachelor degree in Accountacy / Finance / Business or relevant degree in health sciences, preferably with research training
Certification in Project Management will be advantgeous
Proficient in MS office applications
Possess excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
