The Executive will support the administration of the Office of Clinical Manpower Development and Medical Affairs unit within the hospital. He/ She will also support clinical departments to ensure the provision of a comprehensive range of clinical services which are aligned and meet with the organisations objectives.
- Responsibilities include the following:
- To provide administrative support to Doctors Professional Matters;
· Facilitate and track the Medical Malpractice Insurance renewal and ensure valid coverage for all medical staff.
· Facilitate the updating of doctors personal profile on KTPH website.
- 2. To provide administrative support to Clinical Governance;
· Ensure the maintenance of an updated register of leadership appointments. This includes administering new appointments, renewal and termination of appointments and reviewing terms of references.
· Track and provide support on doctors promotion announcement.
- 3. To provide administrative support to Medical Manpower Planning;
· Maintain the Medical Staff listing and Directory of services to ensure that the list of doctors (internal and external) who practices at Yishun Health and service provided are updated and provide monthly update of the Medical Staff listing to relevant stakeholders.
· Coordinate the Service Quality Component exercise.
- 4. To provide administrative support to Training and Development of medical staff;
· Collate and track the Peer-Review Learning activities by medical staff.
- 5. To provide administrative support to CMB office:
· Provide secretariat support to Yishun Health Clinical Board and selected Medical Board Committees/ Workgroups, and ensure proper documentation of all meetings and follow-up.
· To provide administrative support to the Chairman, Medical Board Office and perform any other duties when called upon by Chairman, Medical Board in times of medical exigency.
- 6. To participate in projects and task as deem appropriate by Assistant Director/ Deputy Director/ Assistant, Chairman Medical Board.
· Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
· Excellent planning, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
