This position is for Phoenix Commercial Pte. Ltd., a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
Responsible for tracking necessary documentations from tenants (e.g. insurance, BG, etc.)
Ensure proper documentation in accordance to SOP (e.g. ACRA, trademark, SD, etc.)
Liaise with finance/tenants pertaining to monthly sales submission, yearly audit statement, etc.
Support leasing team in report preparation, update tenants list, floor plans, etc.
Preparation and dissemination of relevant information internally (e.g. tenant fit-out/opening)
Prepare circulars, letters, refunds, etc.
General filing, printing and documents housekeeping
Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma educational qualifications is preferred
The ideal candidate shall be equipped with at least 2 years of relevant experience
