As a member of the Leasing Team, you will be responsible for the leasing functions of Shopping Centres.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting/ marketing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces
- Assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall and office space
- Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants
- Conduct site inspections, marketing presentations to prospective tenants and/ clients
- Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the leasing of retail and commercial properties.
- Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply
- Possess positive disposition, resourceful and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and work within timeline
- Those who are registered as Salesperson with CEA will have an advantage
