We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Professional to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

- Selling wide range of services/capabilities including full-service research and fieldwork only services

- Attend client meetings along with research teams and help to scope proposals. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client interactions, sales pipelines, and progress reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

- Experience in Market Research industry is a plus.

- Experience using Salesforce
