Job Description

1. Job Functions:

  • Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
  • Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving donor engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Manage daily social media posts across all social media platforms.
  • Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Meta Business Suite, Asana, Trello to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence, marketing management and performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends on social media.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos to create visually appealing digital media content.
  • Editing photos and videos to align with the company's brand and marketing strategies.
  • Create graphics and visuals for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement design concepts for various digital media projects, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that incorporate multimedia elements, such as photo shoots and video productions.
  • Utilize design software and tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Staying current with digital media trends and technologies to continuously improve content quality and engagement.

2. Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Arts, Communications & Public Relations
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation
  • Conscientious and meticulous with organisational skills.
  • Familiar with corporate communication functions
