This position is for Pasir Ris Mall, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
Support team in execution of mall-wide campaigns and events to enhance customer experience, drive footfall and increase tenant sales.
Ensure timely processing of invoices and billings, detailed tracking of expenditure and revenue and liaison with finance.
Handle administrative duties such as Purchase Orders, Licence Agreements, payment follow-ups, GTO collection, Security Deposit refunds and etc.
Provide customer service support and ensure timely replies on shopper feedback.
Support ad-hoc coverage at Customer Service Counter as and when required.
Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garner their participation in the malls marcoms activities.
Support team to manage and ensure timely updates on channels such as website, interactive directories, external sites and mall signages where and when applicable.
Any other duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Communications/Marketing/Business or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous with a keen eye for details and self-motivated.
Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficient in systems and Microsoft Office.
