Executive-Materials Planning (Pioneer)

Responsibilities:

• Manage stored inventory and strike a balance between excess and shortfalls.
• Monitor usage trend and plan purchases.
• Raise PR for planned and unplanned purchases.
• Monitor PR until spare arrives.
• Manage Beyond Economical Repair spares and follow up on replenishment.
• Prepare monthly reports related to spares usage and consumption levels.
• Indent spares, monitor and ensure delivery to user
• Liaise with client on spares matters
• Perform some hands-on packing of spares may be required occasionally
• Arrange for stocktaking and taking part in stocktaking

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Prior experience in Logistic/Production/Material/Supply/Demand Planning is an added advantage
• Able to do some hands on work for sorting and packing in a store
• Problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Able to work efficiently and within deadline
• Experience and proficiency with MS office (Excel)
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure and cope with last minutes requests/schedule
