The Challenges
The candidate will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation of standards and processes to achieve regulatory compliance and hospital accreditations. This includes the coordination and support of all related audits and process improvement projects.
He/She will also be providing support to projects and initiatives related to Clinical Board and Clinical Divisions. This includes reviewing budgets/finances, managing manpower, minutes writing, preparing proposals, and developing and implementing new/revised frameworks/policies/guidelines in the Hospital.
Requirements
Bachelor degree, with minimum 2 years of working experience; experience in related events/activities is an advantage
Good command of the English language (spoken and written) with a flair for writing
Able to work under deadline pressure, quick thinker and an effective problem solver
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Strong team player who is analytical, meticulous, resourceful and organised
Able to learn quickly and work independently
