Family Group: Administration
As an Executive, you will provide leadership to the administrative support team to ensure smooth operations. You will draft guidelines; review, improve and harmonize common work processes to enable better administration efficiency and support for departments within the Division.
You will develop and maintain resource repository for resource sharing and provide guidance and mentorship to the administrative support team within the Division. Your key responsibilities include the following:
Administrative Support to Division
Establish and upkeep a centralized knowledge database and system within and across departments of the Division.
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to conduct regular review and streamlining of work processes for better resource optimization and process efficiency, and effectiveness.
Identify, harmonize and integrate common work processes and practices across departments within the Division.
Secretarial support at Division level meetings and committees
Mentoring and People Development to Administrative support team
Provide mentorship and supervise administrative support team, including onboarding, appropriate preceptorship and buddy support.
Any other duties as may be assigned by Reporting Officer
Qualifications
Degree holder or equivalent.
Possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Team player and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft / IT applications.
