Job Description:

1. Schedule and assign specific duties/roles to cleaners and lead team members to perform cleaning activities. Ensure cleaners adhere to the cleaning standard and procedures.

2. Experience in operating cleaning machines such as scrubbers, hi-jet, etc. and providing training to cleaners when necessary.

3. Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse.

4. Daily report to operations manager on the job site situation

5. Help operations manager and be the first contact person to handle any complaints and feedback from Clients.

6. Any other duties assigned by operations manager.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector.

2. Hardworking attitude, able to work at height and move 20 Kgs of weight.

3. Able to work overtime including weekends and public holidays willing to alternate between Night and Day shift when required.

4. Will and able to work at island-wide locations at short notice.

5. Able to use simple Office Software and willing to undertake paperwork duties as well.

6. Good attitude and hard work. Must be physically fit.

7. Long hour standing jobs.

8. Can communicate in English & Mandarin.
