Job Purpose:
Reporting to the CWO, the incumbent will:
support Manager and CWO with the oversight and implementation of wellbeing framework and strategy across all NHG institutions;
provide follow-up/ implementation support to NHG Staff Well-being Committee (NHG-SWC); and
provide support in any Group level wellbeing projects/initiatives as assigned.
Scope:
a. NHG Wellbeing Framework and Strategy
Contribute to development of strategies and workplans with CWO team to enhance workplace health, staff well-being and engagement aligned to NHG vision, mission, values, and directions from NHG-SWC.
Contribute in the conceptualisation, design, implementation, evaluation review, and continuous enhancement of staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
Consult and co-lead with institution leads (where appropriate) as part of communities of practice to enhance staff wellbeing, especially for staff protection measures against abuse and harassment by external and internal perpetrators, mental wellbeing, resiliency, peer support programs etc.
Track established indicators as appropriate (e.g. pulse surveys), and collaborate with institutions leads to analyze and improve wellbeing where necessary.
Support the planning and curation of talks and communication materials to raise literacy and awareness on wellbeing and resiliency, including annual staff wellbeing campaign. Oversee and plan digitalization efforts to improve connectivity and staffs accessibility to wellbeing resources and programs
b. Support to NHG-SWC
Serve on the secretariat team to provide:
research and coordination support to achieve the objectives and related terms of reference of the NHG-SWC; and
secretariat support in terms of meeting schedules, minutes writing and any other required meeting logistics.
c. Support any Group level wellbeing projects/initiatives as assigned
