Executive, Operations (Allied Health) REF: EN

This role is responsible to assist the team in maintaining systems and processes for various services to support the hospital's operations and service delivery, while providing general support on operational matters related to Allied Health and Operations.

Job Description

• Help develop and maintain a filing system for existing and new services and pilot projects, contributing to the establishment of effective work processes and operational procedures
• Support the team with contract management by generating monthly reports to monitor expenses, performance satisfaction, and ensuring quality and continuous improvement
• Track the expiry and renewal of all service and maintenance contracts, including sourcing quotations and preparing vendor evaluations
• Facilitate inpatient meal processes to enhance food quality and patient experience, addressing feedback from ward staff, patients, and their families
• Support linen and laundry operations by ensuring adequate stock levels for the wards, collaborate with the infection control team for inspections, and assist therapists with SMF applications, mobility device orders, and funding claims to the Ministry of Health

Job Requirements

• Diploma Level and above
• 5 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
