The Challenges
As part of Operations (Integrated Care Hub), you will provide operational management and project-related support to the assigned operating unit(s)/area(s) or services and programmes, both within TTSH and with external stakeholders. You will assist in the development and execution of programmes, workflows and formulation of business plans to support the delivery of patient care services. You will also be ensuring that all relevant service and operations standards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets are fulfilled.
The Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
2 or more years of working experience (healthcare experience with practical aspects of hospital operations preferred)
Meticulous, analytical, posseses good organisational and coordination skills
Good team player with ability to exercise initiative, manage time pressure and timelines, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must
Proficiency in MS Office applications and a flair for numbers are essential
Familarity with concepts of project management, budget and office/corporate administration is an added advantage
