Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers for the waste management market sectors that have been delegated to him or her in order to build cordial and productive interactions.
- Create proposals and negotiate the best deal on the company's behalf by closely following up with prospective clients to get their input on the status of quotes, the response of rivals, the decision-maker's intent, and any other pertinent information influencing the proposal's conclusion.
- Prepare sales orders with the customer service executive's help, and work closely with them on sales and the appropriate paperwork.
- Creating and presenting sales reports on a regular basis to the sales manager.
- Work along with customer service to keep the customer database updated with information such as name, title, business, address, phone and fax numbers, and email addresses.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and promptly reacting to any changes in the customer's staff, equipment, procedures, materials used, and business strategy will all help the manager sustain or enhance the customer care program.
- Facilitate market research by gathering data on consumers, potential customers, rivals, new competitors, prices, market trends, stakeholders and influence groups across various categories, and service and alternative offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in marketing or equivalent
- Experience in Outdoor Sales, Chemical Industry Preferred
- Possess own vehicle
- Excellent sales track records
- Team oriented and dynamic
