Handle incoming maintenance queries for attractions, safety issues and emergency situations.
Create and follow-up on technical work orders to ensure smooth maintenance of the attractions.
Input, track and report confidential data in a timely manner.
Manage equipment issuance or exchange for various departments.
Approve daily reporting as finalized before distribution to RWS / UPR Senior Management.
Provide weekly reporting on operational / financial standings to RWS Senior Management.
Coordinate on-boarding of system and security access for new / transferred / existing Attractions Management team members.
Assist the Assistant Manager in medium to long term planning, and serve as the department representative in their absence.
Act as Duty Manager for Attractions Operations Base by coordinating daily operations, verifying working hours, completing and conducting annual performance appraisals, and providing coaching / counselling / disciplinary actions for Coordinators and Senior Coordinators.
Manage the Attractions Inventory and maintenance of Attractions property.
Job Requirements:
GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma.
1 - 3 years of operational and supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Strong problem-solving skills with good reasoning ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to perform shift work on a rostered basis, including weekends and Public Holidays.
