TO PROVIDE RECRUITMENT SUPPORT, CONTRIBUTING TO THE GENERATION OF TOPLINE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organisation and Co-ordination of Recruitment Events
- Creation of Marketing Collaterals required for Recruitment
- Crafting of Creatives like social media visuals, EDMs and newsletters
- Providing technical Set-up and support during recruitment events
- management of marketing campaigns for recruitment events
- social media postings and reply management
- inhouse recruitment photo and video shooting
- Providing reruitment marketing logistical support
- Creation and Maintenance of Recruitment Marketing assets
- Take an active lead in design conceptualization and content styling
- work closely with agencies to develop platform, engaging, relevant an effective marketing content such as landing page and online ad
- Digitally savvy
- Any other adhoc tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- O/ N level, diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of social media, hubspot
- Minimum 3 year of experience in marketing roles.
- Knowledge of design software - canva, social media platforms
- Experience in event set up and video conferencing tools .
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in the F&B sector is an asset.
- Able to converse with china partners
- Strong organizational and ability to prioritize work to succeed under fast-paced environment.
