Job Description:

• Manage work processes and workflow to make sure operational efficiency
• Planning doctors roster and coordinating doctor's leave to ensure adequate medical manpower at all times
• Identify training needs and sraw up individual learning plans for the staff
• Assist in drawing up department workplans and budgeting exercises
• Assist in handling patients feedback and investigations
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in operations and administrative work
