Executive, Sales & Operations

Summary:

The Executive, Sales & Operations is focused on inside sales operations and is expected to provide efficient sales support and manage inventory meticulously, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role mainly supports our subsidiary, C2R Lighting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

1. Support sales operations and assist the sales team with orders, paperwork and customer inquiries.
2. Perform inventory control and keep track of products in stock, and place orders as and when needed.
3. Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations.
4. Provide customer service and assist with order inquiries.
5. Keep inventory organised and updated.
6. Communicate with customers and the sales team to align and ensure everyone is well informed of updates.
7. Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals.

Requirements:

• GCE O level / Fresh Poly Graduate are welcome
• Experience in lighting would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Independent, resourceful and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
