You will join Singapore District Cooling Pte Ltd, an arm of SP Group who provides district cooling and heating services. To lead a team of technicians in carrying out maintenance of M&E equipment in district cooling chiller plants. To upkeep plant equipment for continuous chilled water production and execute shutdown activities safely during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
What You'll Do
- Execute District Cooling Plant O&M work
- Lead the M&E teams to maintain the Plant's machineries, systems and equipment. (e.g. electrical, mechanical and instrument/controls).
- Plan inspection and maintenance works (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) for M&E machineries and equipment in accordance to Opex and Capex budget.
- Initiate and be responsible for maintenance contract management.
- Prepare engineering specifications, technical drawings, for calling of tender/quotation.
- Supervise a group of maintenance Technician and Technical Officer / Engineering Officer to carry out daily tasks in computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Support the organisation in business contingency plans, various audits and exercises as defined.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any of the recognized University in Singapore
- 5 years relevant operation and maintenance work experience in district cooling.
- Technical knowledge in rotating and static mechanical & electrical equipment maintenance and machinery vibration analysis will be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated and values teamwork.
