Job Description
- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
- Respond to emails from participants on post-enrolment enquiries, including payments, new intakes, LMS access, certificates, and course details.
- Handle the transfer or withdrawal of participants in the system and keep all relevant stakeholders updated.
- Use RapidSMS to inform participants of any last-minute course updates swiftly.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our course administration processes.
- Assist with the running of Academy courses, with flexible compensation for any after-hours work, typically 2 to 4 times a year.
Qualifications
- Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- A proactive, customer-service oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating changes.
- A keen interest in process improvement and efficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI for generating data dashboards is a plus.
- Experience in using Zendesk will be advantageous.
