EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER (PSG-JR Team)

The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is a trade union of employers. Business Development

• Increase the enterprise adoption of Productivity Solution Grant - Job Redesign (PSG JR)
• Drive corporate sales of PSG-JR through cold calling, one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on sales leads.

Marketing & marketing communications

• Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, on-line and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of PSG-JR
• Identify and gather success stories on PSG-JR
• Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of PSG-JR.

Programme administration

• Administer PSG-JR in accordance with WSG's requirements stated in the SOP guide.
• Process applications and claims on PSG-JR via the designated grant portal adhering to established service standards

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines.
• 2 years or more experience is preferred.
• Must be articulate, and confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events.
• Must be result-oriented, resourceful, and possess perseverance in meeting the organisation's KPIs.
