Join the Community and Volunteer Partnership team to make a meaningful impact and bring joy to seniors in various ECON Healthcare Group (EHG) care centres (i.e. nursing homes, day care centres, active ageing centres).
In this role, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders from the public, private, and people sectors to overcome service barriers and stay ahead of the latest trends. You'll be at the forefront of empowering volunteers to drive community-based programs, events, and advocacy initiatives within EHG's service areas, bringing them to life and making a real impact.

- Responsible for supporting conceptualising, planning and organising community projects/engagement to increase visibility of various services within EHG
- Arrange recruitment and reactivation activities for passive volunteers.
- Carry out risk management measures and needs analysis for volunteers with the programme team
- Carry out and uphold volunteer policies and processes including volunteer recognition and engagement activities
- Conduct volunteer training programmes and partner with community partners to build volunteer capabilities
- Maintain and audit volunteer database and training records.
- Monitor effectiveness of volunteer partnerships
- Support development and review of volunteer management policies and processes
- Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop community partnerships and volunteer programmes
- Support and strengthen stakeholder networks within communities where EHG services are present
- Assist management in any other projects or duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong organisational, analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to speak various languages and dialects
- Good stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills
