Executive / Senior Executive, Distribution (Post Policy Servicing)

Responsibility

• Manage endorsement, cancellation, and renewal process within department's service turnaround time
• Underwrite and provide Foreign Worker Bonds quotation
• Monitor renewal business to ensure high renewal retention
• Provides ongoing service support and engage customer on a regular basis to maintain relationships
• Support Customer Care Counter duties which include attending to phone call, emails, walk-in and process credit card transaction

Requirement

• Diploma and above with 3 - 5 years of related experience
• Possess Certificate in General Insurance and Certificate in Health Insurance
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
• Able to work effectively and under pressure
• Result-oriented and self-driven
• Ability to work independently and as a team
